+ How do I know what size to order?
We love oversized, but we also offer a range of sizing in the fitted items. Our sizing page offers information about what size we recommend that you order. If you still need guidance, we are more than happy to help if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ What if you're out of my size?
Our factories work in small runs, and sizes may sometimes be limited, but it also gives us flexibility to make sure you are taken care of. Email us at email@example.com and we will happily make sure you receive the size you need.
+ How do I care for my items?
Each item is different, but we strive to design and use fabrications that are low maintenance. Check individual item descriptions for all care instructions
+ What if a limited edition item I would like to purchase is out of stock?
Limited edition items will only be available until they sell out, so if you missed out on an item, please make sure to sign up for our mailing list so that you do not miss out on future limited edition items.
Ordering & Shipping
+ How long before my order ships?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 3-5 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number. Check out our shipping page here for all other shipping info you’ll need.
+ Can I change/ Cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accomodate chage or cancellations. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through our contact page.
+ What forms of payment do you take?
We will accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Paypal & Apple Pay.
Returns & Exchanges
+ What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
+ How do I start a return?
We will happily accept returns on your unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. Email us at email@example.com or contact us through our contact page, and we will send you a shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
+ What can I exchange?
We will happily accept exchanges on your items within 30 days of purchase. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through our contact page, and we will send you a shipping label for the item you would like to exchange.
+ How can I exchange?
If your exchange is approved, we will email a shipping label for you to ship the unwanted item back to our studio. Once we have received confirmation that the item has shipped, we will ship your new item.
+ When can I expect my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.
+ What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
